World Wide Sires South Africa warrants that it has good title to all products it sells and that all semen sold will be processed according to standards recommended by the American Veterinary Medical Association and adopted by the National Association of Animal Breeders. World Wide Sires South Africa its agents and employees cannot and do not guarantee the conception rate, gender, quality or productivity to be obtained in connection with the use of its products or recommended techniques. World Wide Sires South Africa also does not guarantee that its products are free of undesirable recessive genes.

World Wide Sires South Africa makes no other warranty of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, which extend beyond the description  of its products and all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed.

In the unlikely event that any of our products shall be proven to be defective, the purchaser's exclusive remedy for any breach by World Wide Sires South Africa of any warranty deemed applicable by law shall be limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price, at World Wide Sires South Africa Africa's option and World Wide Sires South Africa shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

All employees, agents, distributors and representatives of World Wide Sires South Africa are forbidden to make any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, concerning World Wide Sires South Africa products. Any statement or warranty made by any employee, agent, distributor, or representative of World Wide Sires South Africa shall not bind World Wide Sires South Africa nor give rise to any obligation on the part of World Wide Sires South Africa.

Availability and price of semen from any sire is subject to change without notice.
